nursery rhymes are so crappy. yet they're so famous.

why?

its so unfair....

take this for example,

3 little kittens
they lost their mittens
n they began to cry..

oh mother dear
see here see here
our mittens we have lost

u lost ur mittens
u naughty little kittens
now u shall have no pie

meow meow meow meow
now we shall have no pie..

in the first place, y would a kitten need to wear mittens?

i mean.. its pathetic ah. just for the sake of rhyming the bloody thing, whoever wrote it chose the word mitten.. like.. wtv..

in the second place, wat would cats be doing eating pie??

then, there are the morbid rhymes.

like jack n jill, who went up the hill to fetch a pail of water.. n then jack fell down and broke his crown!! his crown!! isnt it like ur skull or sthg?!!

imagine wat the illustrations wud be like......

wat r we teaching our kids?

dough- something to make brownies
ray- ray ban's are my favourite
mee- goreng, rebus, laksa
far- from jurong to changi
so- tong tong tong tong tong tong..
lah- famous singlish suffiiiiiiix....
tea- we know as teh tariikkkkk....
